Speaker: Allan H.  Weitzman, Esq., Partner, Proskauer Rose LLP, Co-Chair Disability, Accommodation & Leave Management Practice Group

Topic: Website Accessibility Under the ADA: A Before and After Demonstration of the 10 Most Frequent Compliance Pitfalls

Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, covered websites must be accessible by individuals with vision, audio, cognitive and physical impairments. If you are from a law firm or business that: (i) maintains a publicly accessible web-site, (ii) recruits employees via its website, (iii) uses its website as a nexus to its brick-and-mortar facilities and/or (iv) designs websites, you don't want to miss this "show-and-tell" learning experience.
