The Family Law Committee Presents a Judicial Assistant Seminar

February 14, 2018

We all know that the judicial assistants are key to our successful practices.  They are the gatekeepers to our courts and judges, and generally have the inside scoop on how things work. A good relationship between attorneys, their assistants, and the judicial assistants is crucial.

In law school, we are not taught how to get a case into court, how the flow of litigation works.  Judicial Assistants are a font of knowledge.  This will be an opportunity for the JA's to share some very important do's and don'ts with us. Scheduling and e-filing will be discussed. The floor will be open to questions; please email any questions to the Moderators Chelsea Hackman, Esq., or Betty Resch, Esq., so that we can give the panel a heads up about what is on your minds.
