The South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Mentorship Committee aims to match members of our local legal community, at different career stages, to facilitate and foster supportive and mutually meaningful professional mentoring relationships serving the individual needs and goals of the participants.  The committee seeks to be responsive to the diverse needs of the individual participants, including the exploration of new legal careers, advice on issues related to the practice of law in our local community, and the expansion of professional networks and career opportunities to participants.  The committee strives to support and sustain these mentor-mentee relationships over time by providing opportunities that foster their continued growth and development.
