Honorable Meenu Sasser has passed.

The members of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association mourn the loss of the Honorable Meenu Sasser.

Meenu Sasser was a brilliant and compassionate judge who was well respected by her colleagues, by the lawyers who practiced before her and by the lawyers with whom she worked off the bench. Judge Sasser devoted precious time serving numerous legal organizations in leadership positions. Meenu Sasser was a distinguished jurist who received numerous honors from the legal community.

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Judge Sasser’s husband, Thomas Sasser, Esq., their children and her many close friends. Judge Sasser was a valued supportive friend to our organization and its members. We will miss her very much.

Honorable Meenu Sasser's Funeral Arrangements

For the members who would like to pay their respects to Judge Sasser and comfort the family in their time of need below please find details about the funeral arrangements.

There will be a visitation held from 6:00PM to 9:00PM on Thursday, July 11, at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 6090 Hypoluxo Rd, Lake Worth, at 2:00PM on Friday, July 12. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, 10941 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society or the AAML Foundation, both of which work to improve the lives of those with the least among us within our judicial system.
